Thick brims (1/4") are rare! Before ordering the Thick version, please double check your brim thickness to avoid costly returns. We will exchange wrong sizes but you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Get one free for every 25 you buy! Just add the extra quantity and style you wish and they will automatically be discounted. For 25-49, add 1; 50-74, add 2 and so on. For example, if you want 25, order 26 and you will only be charged for 25; for 50, order 52....
Since we are a nonprofit organization, all of your purchases are tax free!

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We can't be responsible for delays due to customs.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for purchases and returns are the responsibility of the buyer. They are nonrefundable in the event of a return or exchange. If there was an error in an order on our part we will pay all shipping costs to exchange or return the item(s). You get the advantage of discounted rates by using the Shopify platform.
SHIPPING METHOD
Depending on the order size and destination, we may want to change the shipping method to one that, in our experience, is more reliable and/or cheaper. In that case, we will always contact you first for your approval. If you prefer your order to be shipped by other than the ones listed, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
LOCAL PICKUP AND DELIVERY
Within reason, local pickup and delivery is possible. If you are in the metro St. Louis area, please select Local Delivery during checkout and we will contact you first to make arrangements to meet. If you don't see the Local Delivery option, then before ordering send us a note using the Contact form at the bottom of the page and we will try to accommodate you.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We do not accept address changes sent in follow-up conversations. The correct shipping address must be specified at ordering time. If you need to change your address and it is before we have shipped the item, please contact us immediately. We will then cancel the order, refund your money and ask you to create a new order with the correct address. In case of delivery issues, following this process offers the highest level of protection from Shopify for all parties.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact us for details. If you are ordering one or two presses, we can ship using the USPS First Class International Package Service rate which is significantly cheaper.
